In the remote province of Ha Giang in northern Vietnam, typical Asian conical peaks create bizarre and magnificent limestone landscapes, and the meticulously cultivated rice terraces are considered the most beautiful in the world. Ethnic minorities still live here in close connection with nature, having created unique cultural landscapes that they continue to preserve to this day. A spectacular mountain pass road, the Happiness Road, runs through this sparsely populated region. For the locals, it has become a vital lifeline, while for visitors, it leads into a magical world full of natural treasures.
