Caution! Tomb Raiders!

Often hired by Western European collectors, Tomb raiders loot ancient tombs in Bulgaria. A fight between them and the archeologists on the ground for the valuables of the past has erupted. Bulgaria is extraordinarily rich in archeological treasures paying testimony to European history. But there isn’t enough money or infrastructure to protect the ancient sites against tomb raiders. The documentary will accompany a young, dedicated archeologist during one of her current excavations, during which impressive findings and discoveries are to be expected.
